ABOUT
The Made in Morocco Days , organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, are a two- day seminar event exploring the key role of the law as a tool for successfully doing business on an international scale and protecting business at the national level, all the while reinforcing the Kingdom’s collective reputation. This cross-disciplinary event will demonstrate how the behavior and interactions between private actors can take on public dimensions and thus influence the perception of the country abroad.
Additionally, it will highlight the law as a powerful tool supporting our international business operations, ensuring business security within our borders and promoting responsible conduct.
THE WORKSHOPS
The seminar will include 4 workshops over two days. These workshops are designed to meet the specific needs and interests of private actors and national institutions in the fields of collective reputation and international law and business.
OUR GOALS

Understand the role of private actors in building Morocco’s collective reputation, and how their actions can have a public impact.

Strengthen private-sector actors’ knowledge of intellectual property in order to preserve their innovations, brands and cultural creations in the Kingdom.

Enhance private-sector actors’ knowledge of international law and international agreements, to facilitate their implantation and integration on the international scene.

Provide training in investment protection and dispute resolution mechanisms Provide training in the negotiation of international treaties

Offer participants with the opportunity to make highly valuable contacts with renowned professionals, legal experts and lobbyists, in order to expand their network and create successful partnerships
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS TRAINING?
This two-day training course is addressed to the legal departments of private Moroccan institutions, the legal departments of ministries, public establishments operating in key areas of the national economy, the main Moroccan industrial sectors, private actors, and all stakeholders involved in international business development and/or concerned with protecting their interests within the country, and seeking in-depth legal and strategic expertise.
